Zesty Lemon Sautéed Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 lemon juice and zest
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 Tb olive oil
Instructions

Peel and devein shrimp, leaving on the tail.

Add the zest of 1 lemon, lemon juice and pepper to the shrimp.

Let marinade in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Heat olive oil in a skillet on high.

Once oil is hot, add shrimp to skillet one by one (you do not want the extra liquids in the skillet).

Sautee on each side for 1 - 2 minutes.
