Thyme Sautéed Corn
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 Green onions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
- 2 ears fresh corn, cut the corn off the cob
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large, deep sauté pan over medium heat.
- Once the butter has melted add chopped green onions.
- Sautee for a few minutes.
- Add thyme and corn.
- Sautee over med heat for 20 minutes.
