Teriyaki Meatballs
Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 lb. ground beef
- ½ cup crumbled bread crumbs
- 1 chopped green onion
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Sauce if used over rice (optional)
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 chopped green onions
- Instant rice- cooked according to package directions
Instructions
Meatballs
- combine all ingredients
- Place rounded balls on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake at 400 F oven for 20 to 30 minutes - depending on size of your meatballs.
- Serve as appetizers
Sauce
- For serving with rice (optional)
- Combine Teriyaki sauce with the green onions.
- Make instant rice according to package directions
- Place meatballs and sauce over cooked rice
