Southwest Grilled Shrimp
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Salt Free Southwest Sweet 'n Smoky Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
Mix oil, Seasoning and sugar in large bowl until well blended. Add shrimp; toss to coat well. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
Grill over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or just until shrimp turn pink.
