Rosemary Skillet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 pounds potatoes I used 2 bags small red and 1 bag new potatoes
- .66 oz package fresh rosemary
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions

In a large sauté pan, heat oil over medium heat.

Add potatoes, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft and easy to pierce with a fork. Stir a few times.

Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
