Peanut Butter Brownie Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 roll of refrigerated cookie dough ( either chocolate chip or sugar cookies)
- 12 Reese's Mini Peanut Butter Cups
- Prepared brownie mix (according to package directions)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Press ⅛ inch cut cookie dough into muffin pan
- Place 1 mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cup in the center of each
- Fill muffin pan ¾ full with prepared brownie mix
- Bake in oven for 18 minutes or until toothpick placed in center comes out clean
- ** Will make 12 large desserts
