Peach Crumble Muffins
 
 
Ingredients
Muffins
  • 1 box prepared vanilla cake mix
  • 1 cup diced and drained peaches
Topping
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup softened butter
  • ½ cup diced and drained peaches
Instructions
Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions
  3. Fold in 1 cup diced peaches
  4. Spoon into greased muffin pan. Filling about ½ full
Topping
  1. Whisk together the flour, brown sugar and butter until it is crumbly.
  2. Fold in the ½ cup diced and drained peaches.
  3. Place with a spoon on top of each muffin
  4. Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
