Peach Crumble Muffins
Ingredients
Muffins
- 1 box prepared vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup diced and drained peaches
Topping
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup softened butter
- ½ cup diced and drained peaches
Instructions
Cake
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Prepare cake mix according to package directions
- Fold in 1 cup diced peaches
- Spoon into greased muffin pan. Filling about ½ full
Topping
- Whisk together the flour, brown sugar and butter until it is crumbly.
- Fold in the ½ cup diced and drained peaches.
- Place with a spoon on top of each muffin
- Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
