Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Coconut Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Sunflower color from McCormick® Color from Nature™ - Food Colors
- 1/4 teaspoon Berry color from McCormick® Color from Nature™ - Food Colors
- 1 bottle 750 ml sparkling white wine
Instructions

Mix pineapple juice, rum, coconut extract, and the Sunflower and Berry colors in a measuring cup. Chill until ready to serve.

For each cocktail, pour 2 ounces pineapple mixture into glass. Top with 4 ounces sparkling wine.
