No Bake Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients
Bars
- 2 cups graham crackers (crumbled)
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Topping
- 1½ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup peanut butter
Instructions
Bars
- Crumble up graham cracker ( I use a zip lock bag and a rolling pin). Set aside.
- In a large bowl melt butter in microwave for 30 seconds. Add peanut butter and melt 30 seconds more.
- Add Powdered sugar and mix well.
- Spread into 8 x 11 inch glass dish.
Topping
- Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter for about 30 seconds, or until chocolate is melted.
- Spread on top of bars.
- Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Enjoy!!
