A mixture of sweet and tangy. Use on a salad or even for dipping chicken fingers.
Make Your Own Honey Mustard Dressing
- 1/2 small white onion diced
- 1 T butter or oil
- 3 T grainy mustard
- 3 T honey
- 1 T light brown sugar
- 1/2 C raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 C extra virgin olive oil
On medium heat, in a small pan, caramelize the onion in butter, really cook it down, salt lightly.
Add the onion and the rest of the ingredients into your food processor and let it run until it's smooth and creamy!
Put in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
