My favorite all time salad dressing.
Hot Bacon Salad Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 C . bacon grease
- 2 T . brown sugar
- 1 tsp . Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 T . red wine vinegar
- pinch each of salt and pepper
Instructions

Over medium heat, combine the bacon grease and brown sugar whisking until the sugar is well incorporated.

Add in the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine.

Reduce heat to simmer to keep warm.

Serve warm over your favorite salad.
