Homemade Mayonnaise Recipe
After tasting your own homemade mayonnaise you will never go back to store bought again!

Homemade Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 2 fresh egg yolks
- 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cloves of garlic crushed optional
- 2 pinches of sugar
- black pepper to taste
- 2 cups of canola oil
Instructions

Mix well the eggs, vinegar, lemon, garlic, sugar and mustard.

Add the canola oil in a slow stream until it has all mixed well

Add the salt and pepper to taste

If it is very thick add a tablespoon or 2 of warm water to thin it down.

Store in a sterilized jar in the fridge until you need it.

**It does not have any preservatives so will not last as long as store bought!
