Delicious and easy salad.
Fresh Broccoli Salad
- 1 lb . fresh broccoli cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 lb . bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 small red onion diced finely,
- 1/2 Cup carrots diced
- 1/2 Cup raisins
- 1/2 Cup cauliflower diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp . white vinegar
Fry bacon, and crumble (or use pre-made bacon chips)
In a small bowl make dressing: Using the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and toss.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to combine the flavors.
