Floating Apple Cobbler
Floating Apple Clobber is such an easy recipe. Perfect for can apples or fresh apples.

Floating Apple Cobbler
Ingredients
Top layer
- 1 can 29oz apples
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- ½ Cup sugar
Bottom layer
- ½ Cup butter
- 1 Cup self rising Flour make sure it is self rising flour
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup milk
Instructions
Top layer

Mix the apples, flour and sugar in a cooking pan

Cook on stove pot until it thickens (about 1 minute after it starts boiling)

Set aside
Bottom layer

Melt butter in baking dish

Stir in flour, sugar and milk

Mix well (may be slightly lumpy)

Add the apple mixture on top

Spread evenly

Bake at 450F for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown

Serve hot or cold
