Grandma Bakes Easy Mini Cinnamon Rolls
 
Ingredients
Rolls
  • 1 can (8 count) large refrigerated biscuits
  • 5 Tbs butter, softened
  • ½ Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
Glaze
  • 1 Cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 to 4 Tablespoons milk
Instructions
Rolls
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Cut biscuits in half
  3. Roll each one with hands until about 3 inches long
  4. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl
  5. Coat rolled biscuits in the mixture
  6. Curl biscuits into swirl shape
  7. Place in slightly grease muffin pan or cookie sheet
  8. Top each roll with a small amount of butter
  9. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown
Glaze
  1. Mix powdered sugar, butter and vanilla
  2. Add milk. 1 Tablespoon at a time until desired consistency
  3. Spoon over warm roll.
  4. **Makes 16 rolls
