Honey Drink

  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Lemon Drink
  • 1 glass of water
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Honey
  • *Drink in the morning on empty stomach for increased metabolic rate and help lose weight
Cinnamon Drink
  • 1 Cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon organic honey
  • *Drink ½ cup in the morning on an empty stomach and ½ cup 45 minutes after dinner to have fewer food craving and a feeling of fullness.
