Easy Homemade One Bowl Banana Bread

This one bowl banana bread is so good you could even eat it as a dessert.

 

Easy Homemade Banana Bread
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2-3 very ripe bananas, peeled
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1½ cups of all-purpose flour
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F
  2. Butter a 4x8-inch loaf pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
  4. Mix in the baking soda and salt.
  5. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix in the flour.
  6. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350°F (175°C), or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from oven and cool completely.
