Easy Cheesy Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 bags hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken coup
- 1 pint sour cream 16oz
- ½ cup onion
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Topping
- 2 cups Corn Flakes
- ½ cup melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°

Mix ingredients (except Corn Flakes and butter) in a 9 x 13 pan.

Top with Corn Flakes and butter, mixed together.

Cover and bake for 45 min.
