Easy Banana Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Box yellow cake mix
- 4 to 5 over ripe bananas smashed
- pecans
Sliced bananas topping (Optional)
- 2 to 3 bananas
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- Dots of butter
Frosting (optional)
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar sifted
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F

Mix all ingredients into a large bowl

Spray 13 by 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean
Banana topping (optional)

Slice bananas long ways.

Coat with small amount of lime juice and dot with butter.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

Place on top of warm cake.
Frosting (optional)

In medium bowl, beat Frosting ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly on top of cake.
